About this website

This site provides information about Chitova's Guesthouse in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, and about the area around it. It is an information site, not a booking engine.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp is not a booking. A stay is confirmed only by a confirmation from Airbnb or Booking.com, or by written confirmation from us. Prices, payment, cancellation rules and house rules for a reservation made on a booking platform are set out on that platform and are governed by its terms.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep everything on this site accurate, but descriptions, photos, distances, travel times, opening hours and amenities are provided for general guidance and can change. Please check anything that matters to your plans with us before you travel.

Activities and other businesses

Activities mentioned on this site, such as the Falls, Devil's Pool, bungee and gorge swing, rafting, cruises and safaris, are run by independent operators. We are not responsible for their services, prices, availability, safety or conduct. Seasonal conditions, including water levels, affect what is open. Weather shown on the site is a live indication only.

Guest reviews and scores shown on this site come from Booking.com, Airbnb and Google and are attributed to those platforms. Scores reflect what was published at the time of writing and may change.

The text, design and property photographs on this site belong to Chitova's Guesthouse and its designers, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission.
